Delete your account

Event Core by Steve Wells

In the app (quickest)

1. Open Event Core and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days:

If you can't email from that address, tell us the email on the account and we'll confirm it's you before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number, photo, and saved payout details.
• Your sign-in, so the account can't be used again.
• Your name, email and phone on your past bookings, which are replaced with "Deleted user".
• Events you saved as favourites.

What we keep, and why

• Booking records (amounts, dates, payment references), without your name, email or phone, for [6] years, because tax and financial law requires it.
• Payout records for organisers, including the account a payout was sent to, for the same period and the same reason.
• Events you organised that sold tickets, so attendees keep their tickets and history, but without your phone number and email. Events with no sales are deleted. Email us if you want the others taken down.
• Crash reports and analytics, which are only linked to a random ID, expire on their own within 14 months.
