- The Event Core app doesn't use browser cookies or advertising identifiers.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels. Some are strictly necessary for a site to work; others track you for analytics or advertising and need your consent.
2. This website
eventcoreapp.com sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies. Our hosting provider, Google Firebase Hosting, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running; these are not used to track you.
When you pay for a ticket on this website, you leave it for Paystack's secure payment page. Paystack runs that page and may use its own cookies there, under its own policies. We don't set any.
3. The Event Core app
The app doesn't use browser cookies. It stores a few settings on your phone so it works properly, for example keeping you signed in, remembering how you last signed in, and saving events so they load when you're offline. It also uses Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring to measure usage and fix crashes, linked to a random account ID and never to your name, email or phone. The app does not use advertising identifiers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. If this changes
If we ever add cookies or tools that aren't strictly necessary, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent on the website before setting them.
